One of the many questions we’re asked when somebody comes to this office after an automobile accident in Pennsylvania is, “How long is it going to take to resolve this matter?” It’s impossible to tell right away. It all depends on how long you treat and whether the insurance company is going to be reasonable. You can’t really make a claim to the insurance company until you’re done treating. At that point, the insurance company can be reasonable and decide to offer you a fair settlement, or not, and then you’re forced to file a lawsuit.
